1、 Moisture burst at high temperature:

If it is not dehumidified before use, the moisture in the LED package will be heated and expanded due to the high temperature and long time period during the reflow welding, which will cause the LED package to burst, which will indirectly lead to the overheating and damage of LED chip.

Repair countermeasures: the storage environment of LED light strip shall be constant temperature and humidity, and the unused LED strip shall be placed at 80 before the next use ° The drying in the left and right ovens is conducted for 6-8 hours to remove moisture to ensure that the LED used will not have moisture absorption.

2、 Electrostatic burn out:

Because LED light strip is a static sensitive element, if the static protection is not done well in the production process, the LED chip will be burned due to static electricity, which will lead to the false death of LED lamp belt.

Repair countermeasures: the measures to prevent this phenomenon are to strengthen the electrostatic protection. All employees who contact led must wear anti-static gloves and static rings according to the regulations, and tools and instruments must be grounded.

3、 High temperature damage:

The high temperature resistance of LED strip is not good. Therefore, if the welding temperature and welding time of LED are not controlled well in the process of production and maintenance, the LED chip will be damaged due to ultra high temperature or continuous high temperature, which will lead to the false death of LED light belt.

Repair countermeasures: the measures to prevent this phenomenon are: to do a good job in temperature control of reflow welding and soldering iron, to implement special personnel to be responsible for it and to manage special files; The iron adopts the temperature control soldering iron, which effectively prevents the hot soldering iron from burning LED chip.
